Flap
Wheels are commonly used for
blending and finishing applications.
These shank mounted products
are ideal for working in hard
to reach areas, where a larger
disc or wheel will not fit.
Since
they are primarily a finishing
tool, we manufacture our abrasive
flap wheels with a very flexible,
yet durable x-weight cotton
backing. The added flexibility
improves their finishing performance.
Alpha
Industrial flap wheels are
made with a standard flush
core which allows easy access
inside corners.
Like
most Alpha Industrial products,
flap wheels are available
in a variety of versions which
allow customers to progress
from Grinding and Blending
(abrasives) to Cleaning and
Finishing (Interleaf, Nonwoven,
and Ultra Finishing) and ultimately
Polishing (Felt products).
