Surface Conditioning Discs

Surface Conidtioning Discs are ideal for deburring, surface preparation, and finishing applications. Abrasive grain is distributed throughout an open nylon web which resists loading and will not undercut the work surface. Scrim backing affixs quickly and securely to Hook & Loop Gripper Pads.

Hook & Loop Gripper Pads

Gripper pads have a threated insert with flat collars for easy removal from the tool. Pad surface is flat, with "T" hooks to hold the surface conditioning discs securely in place.

Quick Change Surface Conditioning Discs

		Premium Surface Conditioning material is ideal for deburring, surface preparation, weld and gasket cleaning, and finishing stainless steel. Abrasive grain is evenly dispersed throughout a cushioned nylon web. Provides even surface finishes without undercutting, as well as resists loading. Available in Type-R locking fastener, or Hook & Loop version which easily secures to gripper pads. S-Type available upon request.

REX Quick Change Cleaning Discs

	Extra Coarse Silicon Carbide grain on a heavy nylon web. Aggressively removes rust and weld spatter. Strips paint and epoxy quickly without loading.
